Volunteer Kitty involved in hygiene programme

Our latest volunteer in Gorkha has fully experienced Nepali home life saying ‘ it’s been just amazing staying with Sarita and her wonderful family as well. They have welcomed me in and have treated me like family and shared everything- have had some unforgettable experiences and made, i hope, life long friendships.

Kitty has helped in teaching hygiene in two of the local schools. Something as simple as hand washing teaching when any why to hand wash and of course how was lots of fun and can have the potential to make such a difference in reducing the spread of germs and disease.
