Occupational Therapist Volunteer in Gorkha – Elise from Australia!

Yes, GDS has gone truly gobal!

Elise Kerle from New South Wales found GDS via our website and has now arrived in Gorkha to start her volunteering experience in Gorkha. Elise is being looked after by our Gorkha committee who welcomed her as she arrived, arranged her homestay with a family.

She has met with the Doctors and physiotherapist at the small Gorkha hospital where she will spend much of her time as well as in the Shree Mahendra School.

We will keep you posted with Elise’s progress.
