Bhai Tika – Brothers Day

Megan celebrated the Hindu festival of Brothers Day with her host family Lila. Sisters place tikas on their brothers to give them protection and give them gifts. In return the brothers gift their sisters money and the mala necklace is given as part of the blessing.
