Crop Cultivation
A plot of land, owned by the
Government, has been donated to the women, for growing crops. The intention
is to produce crops which can be sold cheaply to the ladies. The money
raised will be used help fund classes and materials for future use for
the benefit of all.
The land will remain theirs
so long as it is used for this purpose. If the project ceases, the land
will be re-claimed by the Government. Four days after the agreement of
this project the land had been cleared, cultivated and was ready for planting.
This indicates the high level of enthusiasm for the project by the villagers.
